Garage-Coat 150C 100% Solids Epoxy

A two part catalyzed 100% solids pigmented epoxy used as a high build coat.  12-30 mils thick.  Over 9,000 psi compressive strength and high impact resistance.   At 20 mils it spreads to 80 sq feet per gallon. Sold in 1.5 and 3.0 gallon kits.  The finished surface will be resistant to the harshest of wear conditions.  The thickness will insure many years of use.

No 100% solids products have great surface penetration properties so we recommend a “prime” coat of a more “penetrating” product be applied first unless the floor has been ground or shot blasted.  Gloss finish.

This product is very thick.  We highly recommend you use a squeege to spread the product and spiked shoes so you may step out on the coating and roll out the squeege marks. Do not introduce air when mixing and roll only the amount needed (avoid excessive rolling that introduces bubbles into all 100% solids products)
