Garage-Coat 160 Waterborne Epoxy

A two part waterborne epoxy that dries tough but has less odor while applying than solvent based coatings.   Comes in clear and colors. Use it as a concrete sealer or a primer under color coats. Coverage is 275 ft at 6 mils wet (about 2.5 dry).  Available in one and two gallon kits.

Product is not water clear thus it is not suitable as a topcoat over previously colored floors.
