This kit comes with the coatings and tools you need to get a beautiful and durable concrete floor surface.  Included is our workhorse product, Garage-Coat 110C, an industrial grade 93% solids epoxy used by professional installers all over the US.  It produces an extremely hard, smooth, and shiny surface that will provide many years of service.   The small amount of solvent in the product was specially added to help the do-it-yourselfer apply the material and get a smooth, beautiful surface.  Also, this solvent insures the product has great "flow" and surface penetration, thus it sticks to the floor!! . 

The urethane option is a high performance commercial product.  It is used to add gloss, protect the flakes from picking up dirt making the floor easier to clean, and adding additional resistance to tire marks.

Both of theses products are wear and chemical  resistant.

Kit comes with enough flakes to produce a light flake coating (see our flake coverage photos).  If you desire more, additional flakes can be purchased.

Kit includes:

3 gallons (384 oz) of Garage-Coat 110C epoxy

1.5 gallon (192 oz) of high performance UV blocking Garage-Coat 210 urethane (If purchased)

18” roller covers(two if urethane purchased)

18” roller frame

2” chip brush (two if urethane purchased)

Jiffy mixer

1 lb of flakes.  If you want more than a light covering you must purchase additional chips via the flake category

Anti-slip aggregate

Note: Pigmented urethane is UV blocking, clear is not.
