Polyaspartics

These are high performance polyureas clear top coats similar to urethanes in application and performance. The one advantage is the fast cure times, 2-3 hours between application and foot traffic. The disadvantage of that is the short pot life. You must apply them quickly, max 20-25 minutes per batch.

Contrary to what some say polyaspatics are not superior in wear or chemical resistence when compared to epoxy or urethane. I our opinion the only clear advantage is speed. If that isn't a concern the hight cost of the products make urethanes a better choice.
