The warranty cover the cost of or replacement of the product and shipping costs only. No other damages are covered including but not limited to damage to surroundings, equipment loss or damage, or loss of use. This warranty does not cover defects caused by: transit, weather conditions, concrete conditions, or improper application as we have no control over those.

Claims: All products are made in batches and a sample of all batches is retained. Should there be a claim the batch will be tested as appropriate based on the complaint. Should the material fail we shall either replace the product or refund your money including shipping at our discretion. A material that passes retesting shall be deemed good and the claim not valid. By purchasing our products customer agrees to this policy.
